Wall Slides
Standing up straight in front of a wall, touch the wall with your finger tips. Step back from the wall until your arm is fully extended, but your fingertips are still touching the wall. Slowly slide your fingertips up the wall as you walk towards the wall (without arching your back). Slowly slide your fingertips back down the wall as you step away from the wall.
Blade Squeeze
Bend your elbows slightly. Push your elbows back to squeeze your shoulder blades together. Hold this position for 10 seconds. Repeat 3-5 times.

Towel Stretch
Hold a towel in your right hand; dangle the towel behind your back. Hold the other end of the towel with your left hand behind your back. Pull on the towel and stretch your right hand up as far as you can without causing pain. Repeat this stretch on the opposite arm.
Hold a towel in your right hand; dangle the towel behind your back. Hold the other end of the towel with your left hand behind your back. Pull on the towel and stretch your right hand up as far as you can without causing pain. Repeat this stretch on the opposite arm.
